CEREMONY ONLY COORDINATION-FROM $1000+ tax

This is for the couple who is only having a ceremony and only needs our assistance with the ceremony plans.

This fee includes PLANNER to be on site for a maximum of 2 hours. Additional time will cost $55 per hour, or any fraction thereof.

Either the couple has secured the vendors and venue, or we can assist with this.

If couple secures vendors or venues, the couple will provide copies of all contracts and BEO's to PLANNER.

PLANNER will provide an interview and checklists to make sure the couple has not overlooked any details.

PLANNER will communicate with the couple via e-mail and phone as needed to obtain all necessary information and make the couple feel at ease.

PLANNER will work with the couple to develop the Wedding Day Timeline and provide it to the couple and vendors involved.

PLANNER will communicate with and reconfirm details with all vendors.

PLANNER will handle distribution and placement of flowers and decor (this is on a limited basis) not set up by the florist. This does not include set up of any equipment or props, such as tents, tables, chairs, furniture, lighting, etc. The set up for those items are to be handled by the companies from which they are rented.

PLANNER will facilitate the event by guiding the vendors and directing the bridal party processional.

PLANNER will meet with the couple before the wedding for up to 30 minutes OR attend and direct a rehearsal. The rehearsal is to be arranged by with/without the officiant and location by the couple or PLANNER. The officiant will charge an additional fee.

If your wedding occurs outside the Honolulu area on Oahu outside of Kihei on Maui, outside of Kapa'a on Kauai, or outside of Kona on the Big Island, a travel fee will apply.

"DAY-OF ONLY" COORDINATION fees:

From $1500 plus tax for weddings of 30 guests or fewer

From $1800 plus tax for weddings of 60 guests or fewer

From $2050 plus tax for weddings of 100 guests or fewer

From $2250 plus tax for weddings of between 100 and 150 guests

From $2500 plus tax for weddings of more than 150 guests

This package is for the couple who wants to reserve our services a year out or less from their desired wedding date for rehearsal and day-of wedding coordination ONLY.

This includes on-site coordination from 10am until 9pm(or 11 hours/day), including the time from delivery and set up to break down and clean up. Additional time is $100 per hour, or any fraction thereof.

PLANNER will provide an interview and checklists to make sure the couple has not overlooked any details.

PLANNER will facilitate the event by guiding the vendors and directing the bridal party processional/flow of the event.

PLANNER will provide vendor suggestions and information after learning of the couple’s needs and desires. PLANNER does not attend vendor meetings when booked for this package.

The couple will book all vendors ahead of time and pay them directly. Couple will provide ALL copies of vendor and venue contracts and BEO's to PLANNER.

With this package, PLANNER does not negotiate pricing with vendors for you or offer you our discounts.

PLANNER will review all documents to make sure that nothing has been overlooked or forgotten, and help the couple prepare a Floor Plan and Wedding Day Timeline that will include all appointments, scheduled deliveries and services for the day.

PLANNER will communicate with the couple via e-mail and phone as needed to obtain all necessary information and make the couple feel at ease.

PLANNER will meet with the couple for 30 minutes before the wedding OR attend and direct a rehearsal.

The couple is to arrange for the rehearsal to take place. The couple is to contact the officiant, location, and anyone else who is to participate in the rehearsal. PLANNER will attend and direct the rehearsal.

PLANNER will communicate with and reconfirm details with all hired vendors.

PLANNER will provide the Wedding Day Timeline to the couple and vendors involved.

PLANNER will set up the couple's basic wedding items, including but not limited to the guest book, candy station, gift/reception table, place cards, gift card box, programs, fans, wedding favors, etc. Couple will provide verbal or written instructions for all items to PLANNER.

This DOES NOT include set up of any equipment or props, such as tents, tables, chairs, furniture, lighting, etc. The set up for those items are to be handled by the companies from which they are rented.

If your wedding occurs outside the Honolulu area on Oahu outside of Kihei on Maui, outside of Kapa'a on Kauai, or outside of Kona on the Big Island, a travel fee will apply.

 
"It's a Month Until My Wedding" Package

From $2250 plus tax for weddings of 30 guests or fewer

From $2500 plus tax for weddings of 60 guests or fewer

From $2750 plus tax for weddings of 100 guests or fewer

From $3000 plus tax for weddings of between 100 and 150 guests

From $3300 plus tax for weddings of more than 150 guests

This is for the couple who has already hired most or all vendors and secured the venue.

The couple is responsible for all payments and contracts for people and places they have secured. Couple will provide copies of all vendor and venue contracts and BEO's to PLANNER.

This includes on-site coordination from 10am until 9pm(or 11 hours), including the time from delivery and set up to break down and clean up. Additional time is $100 per hour, or any fraction thereof.

From $3000 plus tax for weddings of 30 guests or fewer

From $3250 plus tax for weddings of 60 guests or fewer

From $3500 plus tax for weddings of 100 guests or fewer

From $3750 plus tax for weddings of between 100 and 150 guests

From $4250 plus tax for weddings of more than 150 guests

This is for the couple who has begun the wedding planning process and has realized that help is needed.

Couple will provide copies of all vendor and venue contracts and BEO's to PLANNER.

This includes on-site coordination from 10am until 9pm(or 11 hours), including the time from delivery and set up to break down and clean up. Additional time is $100 per hour, or any fraction thereof.

PLANNER will provide an interview and checklists to make sure the couple has not overlooked any details.

PLANNER will always work hard to save the couple money on their wedding. With this package, PLANNER can still negotiate pricing with some vendors (maximum of 5) for you and offer you our discounts. PLANNER may attend some vendor meetings when booked for this package.

This package is for the couple who wants to reserve our services a year out or less from their desired wedding date. (If you wish to start more than a year out, please contact us for special pricing.)

This includes on-site coordination from 10am until 9pm(or 11 hours), including the time from delivery and set up to break down and clean up. Additional time is $100 per hour.

The couple can book some vendors ahead of time, but PLANNER can begin planning with couple from the time contract and deposit are received.

PLANNER will always work hard to save the couple money on their wedding. We will share discounts and try to negotiate the best prices for you with quality vendors.

PLANNER will meet with the couple for 30 minutes OR attend and direct a rehearsal. The officiant will charge an additional fee to be present at the rehearsal.

Couple will provide copies of any vendor and venue contracts that have been obtained without the assistance of PLANNER.

PLANNER will review all documents to make sure that nothing has been overlooked or forgotten, and help the couple prepare a Floor Plan and Wedding Day Timeline that will include all appointments, scheduled deliveries and services for the day.

PLANNER will work with the couple to secure any necessary rentals, organize delivery and set up times, and organize times to pick up the items.
